Reserve a Computer: Main

Study Spaces

Reserve a Computer

Welcome! As of June 1, select on-campus computer labs will begin opening to accommodate students’ technology needs. The services provided by our labs at this time include separated computer workstations and printer access. The Facet Center has 29 computers available and the Southeast Library Lab has 19 spaces, all on a reservation basis where a computer can be booked for 2 hours per day, in 1 hour increments. Please reserve your computer space before arriving on campus to ensure that we have a computer available for you. Student ID badges are needed for access. If you don’t have one, one can be printed for you when you arrive.

Tutoring is available remotely via Writing Center Online (here) and Math and Science Blackboard Collaborate (here).

Please read and accept the following information, then scroll down to the bottom of the page to reserve your computer at the Facet Center at Northeast or the Library at Southeast.

Guidelines and Conditions

The following guidelines apply to TCC computer reservations, individuals in the lab, and staff:

  • Individuals who visit a lab are expected to follow recommended guidelines to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19. Individuals who do not adhere to these guidelines will be required to leave the lab and forfeit their booking.
  • Do not visit a lab if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, such as coughing, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath.
  • Do not visit a lab if within the past 14 days you have knowingly been in contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19.
  • While in the lab, all individuals must practice social distancing by maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from others.
  • All individuals are required to wear face protection that covers the nose and mouth.
  • Computer reservations are only available to individual TCC students. Each reservation applies to only the individual whose name is on the reservation. Class and group reservations are not available.
  • Students may reserve a computer for up to 2 hours per day, in 1 hour increments.
  • While our labs are not strictly appointment-only, there will be very limited availability for walk-in computer space bookings.
  • Students may be asked to accommodate cleaning and sanitizing time between consecutive bookings at a given station.
  • If a student intends to save documents they must bring their own storage solution to save to (USB drive, OneDrive, etc) as they are not guaranteed access to files saved to a computer after their booking.
  • For safety reasons, items such as headphones and calculators will not be available for checkouts. Students who need to use headphones, calculators, or other supplementary tools will be required to bring their own equipment.
  • Individuals who do not follow lab procedures may be asked to leave and banned from making future reservations.
  • Due to the uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, TCC on-campus services may experience unexpected closure or outage at any time, resulting in the cancelation of all reservations.

Making your Computer Reservation

Although the steps described above have been taken to help make the TCC labs safe, Tulsa Community College cannot guarantee that an individual visiting a computer lab will not be exposed to COVID-19. In order to reserve a computer and visit a TCC Lab, individuals must acknowledge and agree to all of the following statements, which includes a Waiver of Liability:

  • I affirm that I am not currently experiencing coughing, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath.
  • I affirm that within the past 14 days I have not knowingly been in contact with someone who is under investigation or confirmed to have COVID-19.
  • I accept knowingly and voluntarily, any and all risks arising from my use of a Tulsa Community College lab.
  • I agree to hold the College, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents harmless of any liability associated with the health consequences of visiting and using a Tulsa Community College lab.

By utilizing our lab space or making a booking at one of our locations, you agree to accept and understand these terms. Students can use the "Reserve a Computer" buttons at any of our locations below to be redirected to a form to pick a time and computer station.
